How To Train Employees On New Technology
The rapid advancement in technology requires team leaders and management to focus on training employees on how to access digital tools and use them effectively for internal and external communication. Training employees in new technology can also create new career positions and departments that can help a company manage and improve productivity in the workplace. Training also provides effective communication with consumers as technology continues to change the way they connect.

Employees are able to use these online learning sites to help them learn new skills individually or as a group. To prepare, employers should communicate with their team either to inform them of new technology or by finding out what skills employees would like to learn to become more productive or advance in their career (Uzialko, 2018). It is important for communication to remain open, because transparency that is practiced in the workplace helps employees to feel supported in their work.
